The first issue from 2011 is dedicated to general problems related to built heritage, presenting, with the aid of richly illustrated sequences, the conservation process of the bronze statues of the Matthias I sculptural group, which ended in 2010, and the structural renovation of its pediment. Here are debated the decorative techniques and the typology of the sounding boards, the conservation of the fortified church in Drăuşeni, rehabilitation of historic doors and windows of the Márton Áron College in Miercurea Ciuc, and also the Transylvanian historic roof structures database. It includes also the statistic analysis of the structure of National Conservation Plan (2007-2010) that outlines the distribution at a national level of the funding assigned to rehabilitation works.
