The fourth issue from 2009 has as topic the education policies in the field of built heritage protection. The first part of this issue includes texts on various national and international training programmes in the field of built heritage protection, while the second part presents in brief the most valuable dissertations of the students who have successfully graduated the Postgraduate Studies on Historic Building Conservation, series 2006/2008, organised in Cluj by the Transylvanian Historic Building Conservationists Society together with the Transylvania Trust Foundation and Babeş-Bolyai University.
